It is located just over one mile from the pretty village of Bramley, 4 miles from historic Guildford and just 3 miles from Godalming. An endless choice of restaurants and pubs all around. Local shops in Bramley include a Supermarket, choice hairdressers, electrical shop, florist, newsagent and a chemist. For commuters a 7-10 minute drive takes you to the nearest main line station, Farncombe which is only a 40 minute train ride to London Waterloo and offers inexpensive parking. Gatwick and Heathrow are just a 40 -60 minute drive away. We allow well behaved pets on arrangement.

If you have SatNav enter postal code GU5 0BY (note the 0' in 0BY is a zero!)From M25 take exit 10 for the A3 (Portsmouth direction not London) then take exit for Guildford (after approx 7 miles). Go through Guildford to the one way system then after you pass the Friary on your left and Wetherspoons on your right fork off on the left lane to follow signs for A281 Horsham. Bramley is approx. 4 miles down the A281.At mini roundabout in Bramley turn right up Snowdenham Lane. After half mile turn right again up Iron Lane. After another 500 metres turn right into our shared driveway. You will see the Orchard Paddocks' sign with 3 other house names at the entrance. We are situated at the end of the driveway.
